Nicholas Royal Motel allows Pet Stays on application, acceptance and payment of additional fees. No other pets are permitted.

We reserves the right to adjust or decline a pet stay reservation and/or fees to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

Guests arriving with undeclared pets will be turned away without refund.

Pet Stays Terms & Conditions

Pet Stays can only be booked by phone consultation (not online).
Not all rooms accommmodate pets.
All pet stays are subject to a pre-arrival assessment which will be subject to the management's review and acceptance of the booking.
We reserves the right to adjust or decline a reservation if necessary to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
Maximum of two pets per room.
All pets must be fully house trained and well-behaved.
We ask you take your pet for regular bathroom breaks.
All pets are to be leashed or in a suitable carrier when in public areas at all times.
No pets are permitted to enter areas where food & beverage is prepared or served.
Pets must be accompanied and under control at all times while at the motel.
Owners are to pickup after their pet.
Please don't leave your pet unattended and alone in guest rooms or in any other part of the motel.
Where provided, bedding and bowls are to remain in room upon leaving.
Feeding bowls are to be cleaned regularly to prevent smells and/or attracting pest and vermin.
You are responsible for all costs associated with any damage or excessive cleaning caused by your pet.
You are also liable for any injuries or damages caused by your pet to other guests, motel staff and property.
The motel accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage to pets whilst at the motel.
Any pet who show unfriendly behaviour towards other pets or people, who disrupt the stay of other guests or who show signs of illness will be required to leave the motel immediately.
